In 2002, based on the recommendation of another Creative Focus customer, I asked Jay to handle all photography for our company’s largest annual U.S. event – which, at the time, was held in Boca Raton. It was a real pleasure: The Creative Focus team was attentive, friendly, flexible and fast: They understood my needs, took the time to ask questions and propose alternate solutions, and as soon as the event was over I had high-quality images on CD.
Since then I’ve worked with Creative Focus every year. Throughout these annual events I’ve given Jay and his team some challenges: Covering multiple events in different areas of the hotel simultaneously, chasing elusive executives who needed to be photographed, rallying dozens- or hundreds- of people for group shots. You name it, they could do it, and always with a smile!
